All food provided by Apero Events is prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens, including (but not limited to):

• Cereals containing gluten

• Nuts

• Peanuts

• Milk

• Eggs

• Fish

• Crustaceans

• Molluscs

• Soya

• Celery

• Mustard

• Sesame seeds

• Lupin

• Sulphur dioxide / sulphites

While we follow good hygiene and food safety practices, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces in any of our food. This includes snacks, grazing items, and garnishes.

We take care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, but due to the nature of our kitchen and supplier handling, we cannot offer a completely allergen-free environment. If you or your guests have severe allergies, please inform us in advance. We will advise whether we are able to safely accommodate your request.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee allergen-free food.

It is the responsibility of the client to:

• Inform Apero Events of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking (or no later than 14 days before the event).

• Communicate any allergen information to their guests.

• Ensure guests with food allergies are made aware of the risks involved in consuming food that may contain traces of allergens.

We are unable to accept liability for adverse reactions if allergies are not disclosed in advance.

We are happy to accommodate certain dietary preferences, including:

• Vegetarian

• Vegan

• Gluten-free (not suitable for coeliac clients)

• Dairy-free

• Nut-free (with trace risk disclaimer)

Please note: although we may use gluten-free or dairy-free ingredients, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free, and traces may still be present.

We will always do our best to offer alternatives where possible, based on your event needs and supplier availability.

An allergen information pack will be available at every event for guests who require further information about the ingredients used in our menus. The pack contains a full breakdown of ingredients and allergen information for each item, allowing guests to review the information and make informed choices. Our team will also be on hand to assist with any allergen or dietary queries.

If you require allergen labelling or printed menus for your event, please let us know during the booking process.
