The Story Behind Apéro
Apéro began with a simple love of delicious nibbles, beautiful spaces, and the joy of bringing people together. I’ve always been the one to style a table, find an excuse to build a grazing board, and make sure everyone feels looked after — so creating Apéro felt like a natural next step.
But Apéro was never just about food on a table. We wanted to offer something more curated, more elevated — a portable grazing bar that would become part of the event itself. A focal point, a conversation starter, a hosted experience that felt as beautiful and considered as the food it serves.
Every element is intentionally designed — from the bar structure and visual styling to the balance of flavours, textures and colour in each menu. Whether it’s a relaxed get-together or something more polished, our aim is the same: to bring a sense of occasion to even the smallest bites.
We’re based in Sheffield and serve across South Yorkshire and beyond — offering luxury grazing and canapé bars for weddings, private parties, brand events and more. Every booking is handled from start to finish with the same care and attention: personalised menus, seamless delivery, thoughtful setup, and styling that blends effortlessly into your space.

We know every event is unique, so we take the time to understand your needs and preferences from the start. Whether you’re planning an intimate brunch or a large celebration, we help you design a menu and styling that fits the occasion perfectly.
You can choose from our carefully crafted menu options or work with us to create something bespoke. We handle everything — sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients, preparing each item by hand, and delivering them in our custom-designed grazing bars.
On the day, we arrive early to set up the bar, arranging everything with attention to detail so it looks inviting and stylish. We’ll stay throughout your event to host, ensuring guests are looked after and the experience feels seamless from start to finish.
