Guests are served personally at the bar, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a hosted gathering than a traditional catering setup. One of our team will be there throughout the event to guide the service, engage with guests, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Menus can be built entirely around you — designed to suit your theme, guest count, and any dietary requirements. Whether you’re looking for light bites, sweet treats, or something more substantial, each menu is created with fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful presentation. To keep things easy, we offer curated set menus to choose from, or we can tailor a bespoke menu if you have something specific in mind.
The bar has been thoughtfully designed to be both practical and visually striking. Its clean, neutral aesthetic — complete with a parasol for added outdoor styling — allows it to blend seamlessly into weddings, brand events, and private celebrations. Built-in insulated compartments and a concealed cooling station keep drinks, ice, and perishables fresh, while the generous surface area makes it ideal as a grazing station, dessert bar, welcome table, or drinks setup.

The front can be personalised with your initials, logo, or custom signage, and the overall look can be completely transformed through styling. From serveware and presentation pieces to flower arrangements and balloons, every element — including what the food and drinks are served on — can be tailored to your vision.

We keep pricing clear and flexible so you can build a package that suits your event.
Minimum Guest Count: Our Full Grazing Experience is available for gatherings of 15 guests or more, while the Petite Grazing Experience begins at 30 guests.
Per Guest Pricing: Menus start from £10 per guest, depending on your chosen selection.
Flat Bar Fee: There’s a £500 hire fee for the bar. This includes delivery, set-up, styling, and use throughout your event.
There are no hidden charges, and we’ll work with you to build a menu and setup that suits your event and your budget.
